The apartment booking constitutes acceptance of the agreement terms and conditions. It also implies that you have read and accepted the description of the apartment and that it fits your needs.

How to book

If the requested apartment is available, you will receive confirmation by email.
Only by sending us another email and confirming your intent of booking, the booking request will become valid/effective.

From that moment, a provisional booking will be held for 48 hours, pending payment of deposit, which is 20% of the total amount due.

We accept payments by PayPal, bank transfer and postal order. In case of bank transfer or postal order, a copy of the payment receipt must be sent by fax or email.

When you receive the conclusive Voucher, your booking is finalized.

Check-in/Check-out times

Check-in time is between 12:30 pm and 8:00 pm, while check-out time is by 10:30 am.
Failure to communicate arrival time may result in the owners being absent from the premises on your arrival.
You are also kindly requested to let us know about any possible delay promptly.
In case of late check-in, between 8:00 pm and 00:00, an extra charge will be requested.

Cancellation policy

If you cancel your booking, the deposit will not be refunded. In case of no-show, the total rental price will be requested.

In the rare event we are forced to cancel your booking for reasons outside our control, you can choose an alternative comparable accommodation. Should we not be able to provide a suitable replacement, we will reimburse the total amount you paid.
