Arrival and departure times

All apartments must be vacated by 10:30 am on departure day, unless differently specified on booking.
Luggage storage can be arranged with the concierge.
On arrival all guests must provide a valid ID document for registration and pay the entire outstanding balance for their stay.

Early departure

After arrival, no refund is made for early departures or cancellations, for whatsoever reason.

Number of occupants

In no case, the number of people occupying the apartment can exceed the specified number on booking, unless previously agreed.
We reserve the right to refuse admittance to the holyday property if this condition in not observed.
People other than the occupants are strictly forbidden to enter the property, unless expressly authorized by the owner.

Refund requests

All refund requests made after the end of the rental period will not be considered.

Guests liability

In case of any damages caused to the property or its content by the occupants or their guests, the occupant will be held responsible and be charged for it on departure or when damage is discovered.

Owner liability

No liability is accepted for any damage caused to the occupants or their guests during their stay, including personal injury, loss or damage of personal effects, burglaries or any other kind of criminal activities.

Property maintenance

We reserve the right of access to the rooms to carry out necessary cleaning and urgent repairs.

Use of toilet facilities

It is strictly forbidden to throw any of the following in the WC: sanitary towels of any size, ear buds, cotton pads, cotton wool or any objects other than the provided toilet paper.
Any damage caused by the above violations will be charged on departure or when it is found.

Competent jurisdiction

In case of dispute regarding booking and/or rental issues or any other kind of problem, only Italian law is applicable and the competent territorial jurisdiction is that of the Civil Court of Rome.
